Wendy's
Wendy's gave its fans the chance to design their own version of a Wendy's t-shirt. Using a custom design tool, fans could mix dozens of graphics, text and colors into their own unique design and then post it to an online gallery for a chance to have it printed and sold. Wendy Threads received over 200,000 unique visits, and 25,000 submissions in one month.
Rather than use a third-party application, we decided to create a custom design tool to give Wendy's fans a unique and fun experience that provided a wide-range of text, graphics, and colors.
As the design lead I established the user-experience, as well as the look-and-feel of the website, and the interface of the design tool.
